Creating New Customers

If a store/customer is not available on your FIGJAM App, it is possible to add the store/customer on your device . Please use the search feature to ensure that a specific store/customer is not available before adding to avoid duplicating customers in the App.

1. Tap “Create Store”


2 . If you are at the store , move the slider to the right to get the store location details (On some accounts this is set to mandatory and stores can only be added when at the location)

3. Type in the store name

4.Select the store category if one is available

5. Add the store chain, if the store is not part of a store chain then type “Independent”

6. Enter information in all the mandatory field and tap add store(Mandatory field have a red asterix). The phone number field must

- start with 0,

- must consist of at least 8 numbers

- and must not have any spaces in the phone number

 

 

To view previously Added stores , tap "Added stores"
